He was a founding member in Aditya Birla Capital’s team that built the My Universe App, the first personal finance management app in India. He also launched the first fully digital NFO (New Fund Offer) at Motilal Oswal AMC where he headed their digital business. 

More recently, Madhu was the MD & CEO at NSDL, one of the world’s largest securities depositories in the world.

Kanwar is a seasoned BFSI professional with over 35 years of experience, he has excelled in retail banking, wealth management, third-party product distribution, and asset management. His career is marked by a unique blend of expertise in launching new businesses and managing them at scale.

He has held key positions at prestigious institutions such as ICICI Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, IDFC First, and Yes Bank. Notably, he served as the Head of Retail Liabilities, Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Distribution at ICICI Bank, was the CEO of Yes Mutual Fund, and the MD & CEO of Aditya Birla Money, Wealth Management & Distribution.

Shaurya Sinha

Head of Product

Shaurya is a dynamic fintech product strategist with over seven years of experience driving innovation and excellence in product management and business strategy. She has a strong track record of delivering groundbreaking solutions that have redefined the financial technology landscape. Before joining Altcase, she played a pivotal role as a Product Manager at LiquiLoans, where she spearheaded the development of cutting-edge financial products. Her career also includes key positions at HDFC Bank, Pine Labs, and EbixCash, where she honed her expertise in product development, business strategy, and leadership.

Sudeep Batra

Head of Engineering

With 25 years of experience, including two decades in Investment Banking with firms such as Goldman Sachs, Citi, AQR, and Bank of America, Sudeep Batra is the CTO at Altcase. His expertise spans high-performance, low-latency systems using GoLang, Java, Rust, and Python. Sudeep has led key FinTech projects, including WAAS, FD, and 24K (MF) solutions for Altcase, as well as Brokerage-as-a-Service for DriveWealth. From designing platforms like Magnifi to developing advanced HFT strategies, he consistently delivers cutting-edge financial technology solutions.
